I love Slav but this is not about how good or bad he is as a manager this is simply about getting West ham out of free fall, if he stays the players will very probably carry on in the same flow both in physicality but worse in mind.
In this case "A change is as good as a rest".

it wouldn't surprise me if Bilic loses patience with these idiots he has passion for our club not like a lot of the players, the owners need to sell up now and they can buy a championship club or something, we need serious owners that will properly back the club and Slaven Bilic, a lot of the players need to be flushed out too we need an overhaul instead of the bits and pieces signings, I still can't believe we signed snodgrass I think he's been relegated twice before they've got it very wrong after an excellent transfer window last season

It's just pointless saying that we need new owners as a way of getting us out of this mess, that's just unrealistic, as it aint happening anytime soon. Now back on planet earth, what we need is a new manager, who aint everyones mate, and an overhaul of the squad. Easier said than done mind.
